Designed and built by Hwacheon, the grease lubricated spindle provides highest machining efficiency. The machines are optimized with software components made by Hwacheon for efficient and precise machining.
4 rows of linear roller guides
The wide Y-axis feed drive is equipped with 4 rows of linear guides for rigid and stable feed, each axis is equipped with top-of-the-class Roller LM Guide. The linear guide and ball screws are automatically lubricated for rapid, precision feed.
High performance spindle
The high-performance spindle is directly connected to the motor for stable, high-speed cutting, receiving the power and torque directly from the motor without the power loss. The spindle is grease-lubricated with jacket cooling to minimize the thermal displacement and to increase the life of the spindle assembly.
